COMPENDIUM OF RESOURCES FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING
MANAGEMENT
Writing a job description? Justifying a salary
increase? Seeking new revenue sources? Working on bylaws?
Need some help?
The Compendium of Resources for Independent Living Management is a repository
of information on independent living center organization and management.
The Rehabilitation Research and Training Center on Independent Living
Management (RRTC-ILM) gathered data from centers for independent living
(CILs) across the U.S. and its territories. Using the Independent Living
Organizational Survey, information was gathered on:
- CIL organizational structure,
- programs and services,
- staffing and salaries,
- revenues and financial sources and
- management documents
In addition to providing detailed information about their centers, some
CILs shared copies of their management policies, organization charts,
procedures, bylaws, job descriptions, and forms. Confidentiality of the
sources of these documents is ensured. They are presented in their
entirety with minimal editing.
You must be a registered user to search the Compendium. If you are not
a registered user, you may become one by filling out our survey. If you are a registered user, please enter
