for the national network of independent living centers, statewide independent
living councils and I L associations, including:

developed under the RRTC-ILM.
The CILMC is consumer-directed and consumer-coordinated with a national
network of collaborators and experts to assist in the application of management
practices from inside and outside the I L network.
The CIL Management Center is the home of the Rehabilitation Research &
Training Center on Independent Living Management (RRTC-ILM) which operated
from 2000-2005 under the direction of the National Institute on Disability and
Rehabilitation Research (NIDRR) and the Rehabilitation Services Administration
(RSA).
